National hydrogen fuel cell vehicles up to 2000 vehicles

The first China Zhangjiakou Hydrogen and Renewable Energy Forum, hosted by the Zhangjiakou Municipal People’s Government and the China Electric Vehicle 100-member Association, was held recently. It is reported that China’s hydrogen energy and fuel cell vehicle industry has developed rapidly, and there are currently more than 2,000 hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.

The reporter learned from the forum that Zhangjiakou is using its rich wind power and photovoltaic renewable energy advantages to hold the Dongfeng with the 2022 Winter Olympics and is vigorously developing the hydrogen energy industry. According to the plan, by 2020, the number of fuel cell buses, logistics vehicles and taxis put into use in Zhangjiakou City will reach 1,800, and 21 hydrogen refueling stations will be built to achieve an annual output of 20,000 tons of hydrogen production and 10,000 units of fuel cell engines. The annual output of fuel cell buses is 4,500 units, which initially forms the entire industrial chain from hydrogen preparation, storage and transportation, to fuel cell engine and vehicle development, production and testing.

Since 2016, China’s hydrogen energy and fuel cell vehicle industry has developed rapidly, forming a cluster of hydrogen energy and fuel cell vehicles in Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, East China, South China, Southwest China, Northwest China, Northeast China, and establishing a relatively mature industry. Supporting and commercial application systems. The data shows that there are now more than 2,000 hydrogen fuel cell vehicles and 12 hydrogen refueling stations in China. At present, the fuel cell vehicle industry in North America, Europe, Japan and South Korea has entered the stage of commercialization, and China is still in the early stage of commercialization.
